How do I pay for the services?
We accept bank transfers and cash. Invoices are typically sent weekly or monthly depending on your booking frequency.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made with more than 24 hours' notice incur no fee. Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled visit are charged at the full rate.
Do you charge extra for weekends or bank holidays?
Yes, visits on weekends and bank holidays may incur a small surcharge. Please contact us for specific holiday rates.
Is there a discount for multiple dogs from the same household?
Absolutely! We offer reduced rates for additional dogs from the same family. Get in touch for a bespoke quote.
